LP1

The LP1 is designed for the efficient washing of boards used in cheese ageing cellars. Cleaning takes place simultaneously on all four sides: two rotating brushes clean the board surfaces, while two stationary brushes clean the edges.

For applications requiring more intensive edge cleaning, the stationary brushes can optionally be replaced with motorised brushes.

The washer operates using a mains water supply and features a submersible pump that circulates the water in a closed-loop system. This solution allows fresh water to be reused and water consumption to be reduced before the water is discharged.

The LP1 comes as standard with a plastic collection tank. A version equipped with a stainless steel tank on wheels is also available, making water handling and disposal easier.

Robust and practical, the LP1 can process up to 400 boards per hour, depending on their length, making it a suitable solution for regular board washing in cheese dairies.
