LP4

The LP4 is a board washing machine equipped with cylindrical rotary brushes specifically designed to clean all four sides of the board in a single pass. Brushing is carried out in the direction of the grooves to ensure effective cleaning suited to boards used in cheese maturation cellars.

Connected to the building’s water supply, the LP4 features a submersible pump that collects and reuses the rinse water before it is discharged. This closed-loop operation helps reduce water consumption while ensuring effective cleaning.

The machine can process up to 500 short boards per hour and approximately 250 long boards per hour, providing a throughput suited to the needs of cheese dairies and cheese maturers.

Thanks to its modular design, the LP4 can also be equipped with a motorised conveyor that automatically returns the board to the operator once washing is complete. This configuration simplifies handling and improves workflow efficiency.
