ES101

The ES101 is a versatile and flexible horizontal packaging machine designed for packaging portioned products. Compatible with protective and barrier shrink films as well as laminated films, it can accommodate a wide variety of product shapes and sizes.

Its format changeover system allows operators to switch from one production format to another in less than 10 minutes, reducing downtime between production runs.

Ultrasonic longitudinal sealing enables shrink and laminated films to be sealed with high precision without damaging the film. With a power consumption of just 20 W, this technology also ensures low energy consumption and a fine seal for excellent packaging presentation.

The infeed conveyor positions products at regular intervals to optimize film consumption and production speed. The forming unit automatically adjusts its position according to the selected product and corrects the height of the film edges.

The ES101 features a 12-inch multi-touchscreen for intuitive operation and access to 50 product recipes. Settings can be adjusted automatically according to the selected product.

It can also be integrated with a JNJ shrink tunnel from the FR range, with tunnel parameters controlled directly from the packaging machine. A wide range of options allows the machine to be tailored to the specific requirements of each production process, including modified atmosphere packaging, labelling, printing and easy-opening systems.
