Cheese Care Robot
High-capacity robot for automated cheese care, featuring large tanks and a wide range of automation options.
  • Optimised turning system with smoother movements and improved cheese wheel retention
  • Intuitive operation thanks to a 12-inch colour touchscreen and integrated help system
  • Intelligent cheese gripping with detection of the actual shelf board position
  • Highly configurable cheese care with a wide selection of brushes and salting options
  • Up to 27 levels handled for high-ceiling ageing cellars

The RF13 is a next-generation robot designed to automate cheese care in ageing cellars. Based on the proven RF3 concept, it combines robustness, flexibility and ease of maintenance.

Thanks to its various frame configurations, the RF13 can be integrated into most existing cellars. Its automatic guidance system ensures precise movement along the aisles, while its motorised steering enables effortless manoeuvring.

The cheese gripping module detects the actual position of the shelf board to ensure optimal gripping of the cheese wheels. The completely redesigned turning system provides smoother movements and improved cheese retention, while also saving space within the frame.

The treatment station is easily accessible and equipped with LED lighting. The brushes and tray can be removed without tools, and different brush types are available to suit specific requirements. Options are also available for integrating salting, small cheese wheel treatment and palletising.

The robot is easy to operate thanks to a 12-inch colour touchscreen with an integrated help system. Its stainless steel construction and optimised component design simplify cleaning, reduce maintenance requirements and ensure long-lasting performance.

With its ability to handle up to 27 levels, the RF13 offers a comprehensive and upgradeable solution for automating cheese care in ageing cellars.
