LP5

The LP5 is an automated line designed for the pre-washing and washing of boards used in cheese-ripening cellars. It reduces physical strain, minimises manual handling and ensures consistent cleaning results with just one operator.

Thanks to its modular design, the line can incorporate different stages according to requirements: conveying, destacking and pre-washing, washing, drying, restacking and hole punching. This configuration allows the installation to be adapted to the specific constraints and workflow of each cheese dairy.

The line offers an approximate throughput of 150 boards per hour, depending on the set conveyor speed and board length. Its automated operation allows it to run autonomously for several hours, freeing up time for other tasks.

The LP5 is equipped with two dedicated cleaning tanks, with a capacity of 1,700 litres for pre-washing and 800 litres for washing. Its optimised cycle management helps reduce water consumption, which averages 2.7 litres per board.

Various options are available to complement the line, including rinsing, spray disinfection, water removal using rubber rollers and air-curtain drying.

Finally, its simple, streamlined design makes cleaning easier and helps maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
