The BR110 is a semi-automatic rotary table machine designed for high-speed skewer production. Its 110 cm diameter table provides sufficient space for up to 4 operators, with an output capacity of up to 30 skewers per minute.
The machine is designed to accommodate different types of wooden skewers and products. Loaders and tooling can be changed quickly without tools, allowing the configuration to be adapted to production requirements without the need for a technician.
Its 7-inch colour touchscreen provides intuitive control and allows recipes, products and tools to be configured. Two optical sensors also enable operators to control the production rate using gesture commands, without physical contact.
The rotary table is designed for easy cleaning. Its 18 guide rails allow accessories to be removed quickly, making it easy to clean the surface with a water jet. The fully stainless steel tubular frame is robust and stable, and is equipped with four wheels, two of which are swivel castors with brakes.
The automatic control system checks that the tooling matches the selected configuration. The feeding units are also equipped with an automatic jam-clearing system to minimise interruptions caused by defective wooden skewers.
The dies are custom-made to suit the product range and are manufactured from a synthetic material compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. Their design, without sharp corners, reduces product build-up and makes cleaning easier.
