The LP6 is a board washing machine designed to ensure efficient and consistent cleaning of boards used in cheese maturation cellars. Its modular design allows it to be adapted to different washing requirements and installation configurations.
Its cylindrical rotary brushes clean all four sides of the board simultaneously, ensuring thorough cleaning in a single pass. The distance between the brushes is adjustable, allowing the machine to handle different board types and sizes.
The LP6 features an 800-litre tank and a closed-loop water system with a pump flow rate of up to 160 L/min. The water temperature can be adjusted up to 60°C to suit the cleaning requirements of the installation.
Its streamlined design facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The machine can also be configured with various options, including water heating, disinfection, high-pressure rinsing, spin-drying and infeed and outfeed conveyors.
With a throughput of approximately 180 boards per hour for boards measuring 2,300 mm, the LP6 is a suitable solution for the regular washing needs of cheese dairies and cheese maturers.
