RF4

Cheese Care Robot
Compact robot for treating 3 to 4 cheeses per board, with automated handling and transfer of complete cheese boards.
  • Handling of a complete cheese board thanks to a specially designed module for gripping and moving boards.
  • Up to 4 cheeses simultaneously for efficient treatment of cheeses arranged on the same board.
  • Easy integration into existing cheese cellars thanks to its compact dimensions and flexible programming.
  • Easy manoeuvring with contactless guidance and motorised steering offering a steering angle of over 180°.
  • Versatile programming with 10 treatment settings, 10 cheese types, 50 aisle types and 50 work areas.

The RF4 is a robot specifically designed for the automated care of cheeses with a diameter of 220 to 420 mm, arranged in groups of three or four on a cheese board. Its key feature is its handling module, which can pick up and handle an entire cheese board, ensuring fast and efficient handling.

Its treatment station can process up to four cheeses simultaneously. The brushes and treatment plates can be easily removed without tools, and the treatment module can be opened to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and flexible programming, the RF4 can be easily integrated into existing cheese cellars. Its contactless guidance system automatically corrects the robot’s trajectory, while the motorised steering system and steering angle of over 180° facilitate manoeuvring in confined spaces.

The robot features two 12-inch colour touchscreens, allowing users to program different treatment methods, cheese types, aisles and work areas. Settings are automatically adjusted according to the cheese and aisle concerned.

Its mechanically welded 1.4301 stainless steel construction, smooth welds and easily accessible treatment station ensure a robust, hygienic design suited to the requirements of a cheese cellar.
